MAKRO: Flying visit to the Jesenskýs
Come to see how Janko and Anna Jesenský – two significant figures of Slovak intelligentsia and higher middle class – lived in the inter-war period. Their flat is located in the villa of Jakub Sonnenfeld designed by leading Slovak architect of Jewish origin Friedrich Weinwurm.

We will walk through authentic rooms of the flat, admire period furniture and talk about life in Bratislava. 
 
This event is a part of the series entitled MAKRO and MIKRO thanks to which you will be able to explore exhibitions and buildings of the Bratislava City Museum. Guided tours and lectures will be provided by trained staff of the Museum. 
 
The event will be held in English. 
 The event is sponsored by the partners UNICEF and City Hall of Bratislava City. 
 Entrance fee: free of charge.
